Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen zusammen? Sie möchten sich per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung mit unserem Pflegeteam für das Gesundheitszentrum für das Gehrenholz einsetzen?

Aufgaben

  • Sie stellen die qualitativ hochwertige Pflege nach aktuellen Pflege\- und Behandlungsstandards sicher und übernehmen als tagesverantwortliche Person die effiziente Delegation von Aufgaben an Mitarbeitende unterschiedlicher Kompetenzstufen.
  • Sie übernehmen im pflegerischen Alltag die Verantwortung für komplexe Pflegesituationen und sind als Bezugspflegende die zentrale Ansprechperson für Angehörige und Drittpersonen.
  • Sie unterstützen, begleiten und fördern Lernende und Studierende aus verschiedenen Bildungsbereichen im Gesundheits\- und Sozialwesen auf ihrem Weg zur Entwicklung ihrer Kompetenzen.
  • Sie bringen Ihre eigenen Ideen ein und übernehmen eine Mitverantwortung für die Umsetzung der Abteilungsziele.
  • Sie leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und fördern aktiv die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.

Profil

  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Menschenorientierung
  • Begeisterung für eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, kombiniert mit Teamgeist und Engagement
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson (HF/FH/DNII) mit SRK\-Anerkennung für Diplome aus dem Ausland
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, die Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken und hohe Belastbarkeit
