The posting

Unsere Station ist vielseitig und abwechslungsreich. Wir betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten aus den Bereichen MSK und Kardiologie und fungieren zudem als Überlaufstation für neurologische Patientinnen und Patienten. Diese Vielfalt macht unsere Arbeit besonders spannend.

Auf unserer Station werden 25 Patientinnen und Patienten betreut. Unser Team besteht aus 14 Mitarbeitenden inkl. Lernende /Studierende, die eng und professionell zusammenarbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Patientenorientierte Betreuung: Du hilfst unseren Patientinnen und Patienten, den Weg zurück in ein selbstständiges Leben zu finden. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Einfluss auf den Heilungs- und Behandlungsverlauf
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest selbstständig in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Schnittstellen zu weiteren Pflegekräften, Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten sowie Ärztinnen und Ärzten zusammen
  • Wirkungsgrad: Du übernimmst die Stellvertretung der Stationsleitung
  • Beratung: Du begleitest, instruierst und berätst Patientinnen und Patienten und deren Angehörige

 

 

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Ausbildung: Du bist diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige Anerkennung mit mind. einem positivem SRK-PreCheck
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst Fertigkeiten in pflege-therapeutischen Interventionen wie z.B. Bobath, Kinästhetik sowie Erfahrung im Wundmanagement mit
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung, Sozialkompetenz und Teamorientierung. Zudem zeichnen dich Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit sowie ein kompetentes und gepflegtes Auftreten aus
  • Ausbildungsfreude: Du hast Freude an der Begleitung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen sowie an der Weitergabe von Wissen im Team
