Directeur·trice

À la tête d-une équipe d-environ 20 collaborateurs, vous assumez la responsabilité opérationnelle, financière et stratégique de l-entreprise. Proche du terrain, des équipes et des clients, vous conjuguez expertise technique, sens entrepreneurial et capacité à donner une orientation claire au développement de la société.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle, financière et stratégique de l-entreprise ;
  • Superviser la conception et la réalisation de solutions techniques, notamment dans les domaines du sanitaire et du chauffage ;
  • Conseiller les clients et partenaires grâce à une présence régulière sur le terrain ;
  • Conduire une équipe de 20 collaborateurs en développant leurs compétences ;
  • Contribuer activement à la croissance, à l-innovation et à la pérennité de l-entreprise.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure / maîtrise fédérale dans les métiers du sanitaire ou du chauffage
  • Expérience significative dans la direction d-entreprise ou d-entité
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d-équipe technique
  • Sens entrepreneurial sachant conjuguer vision stratégique et pragmatisme opérationnel
  • Capacité à fédérer et à tisser des relations de confiance.
