Les Vignes, une structure jeune à faire grandir

Ouvert en octobre 2025 à Blonay, le CVE Les Vignes accueille 22 enfants de 4 mois à 4 ans et demi. Son projet pédagogique mise sur la découverte, le jeu, la nature et la théâtralité, dans un environnement où l'imagination et la créativité sont au cœur du quotidien. Une structure récente, c'est aussi une page encore largement à écrire : votre regard et vos idées y compteront.

Directeur\-trice de structure préscolaire

Votre mission

• Conduire et faire grandir l'équipe éducative, avec un leadership à la fois bienveillant et structurant.

• Porter et faire vivre le projet pédagogique de la Fondation.

• Gérer l'organisation, les placements et les ressources humaines et financières, en partenariat avec les services centralisés.

• Garantir la santé et la sécurité des enfants, conformément au cadre de référence du SCAJE.

• Construire des liens de confiance avec les familles, vos pairs et les partenaires du réseau.

Votre profil

• Diplôme tertiaire d'éducatrice ou d'éducateur de l'enfance (ES/HES) ou titre jugé équivalent.

• Formation en direction d'institution ou en gestion d'équipe reconnue par le SCAJE (CAS, DAS ou équivalent), acquise ou en cours.

• Expérience confirmée dans l'accueil de l'enfance, dont une expérience réussie de conduite d'équipe.

• Sens de l'organisation, aisance avec les chiffres et les outils informatiques.

• Intérêt pour une pédagogie axée sur le jeu, la créativité et la théâtralité.

• Curiosité naturelle et envie d'explorer de nouvelles approches, pour vous comme pour votre équipe.

Depuis 2010, la Fondation pour l'accueil des enfants de Blonay \- Saint\-Légier gère le réseau d'accueil de jour REBSL : 10 structures, plus de 170 collaboratrices et collaborateurs et plus de 1'200 enfants accueillis.
