Dein Alltag bei uns:

  • Du bist täglich im Austausch mit Bewerbenden, erkennst ihre Stärken und findest die passenden Stellen
  • Du übernimmst den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess - von der Suche nach geeigneten Talenten über die erste Kontaktaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung
  • Du baust dein persönliches Netzwerk kontinuierlich aus und entwickelst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen
  • Du berätst deine Kunden und findest die passenden Fach- und Hilfskräfte für ihre Anforderungen
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Betreuung deiner Mitarbeitenden und bist bei Fragen ihre Ansprechperson
  • Du übernimmst verschiedene organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten

Wir erwarten ##

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene EFZ-Ausbildung auf dem Bau oder in einem baunahen Umfeld
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und verfügst zwingend über gute Italienisch-, Spanisch- oder Portugiesischkenntnisse, für den direkten Austausch mit Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Du bist eine offene, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die schnell Vertrauen aufbaut und Menschen für sich gewinnen kann
  • Du bist in der Region Winterthur zu Hause und kennst dich bestens aus
  • Du besitzt den Führerausweis Kat. B und bist bereit, Kunden sowie Mitarbeitende mit dem Firmenfahrzeug vor Ort zu betreuen
