Was du bei uns bewegen kannst ##

  • Marktentwicklung: Du verantwortest die Marktausschöpfung und die Umsätze / Absätze aller Ersatzteile sowie Zubehöre für die zugewiesenen Kunden im Sell-In
  • Kundenbetreuung: Der District Manager ist verkaufsaktiv und pflegt den regelmässigen Kundenkontakt in seinem Betreuungsgebiet
  • Akquise & Beratung: Du akquirierst, berätst und betreust neue sowie bestehende Kundschaft
  • Datenpflege: Du aktualisierst und pflegst die CRM-Daten
  • Vertriebsaktionen: Du setzt laufend Aktionen von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör um

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Ausbildung: Automobiltechnische Grundausbildung (z.B. Automobil-Mechatroniker/-in, Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau Autoteile) mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit technischer Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aftersales-Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Ersatzteile-Bereich. Dadurch hast du dir fundiertes Fachwissen der Automobilbranche angeeignet
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Personality Fit: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, verkäuferisches Flair sowie stilsicheres Auftreten
  • Freude am Aussendienst: Diese Position ist mit einer regen Reisetätigkeit verbunden und fordert eine hohe Einsatz- und Reisebereitschaft, zudem bist du dir selbständiges Arbeiten gewohnt
