Pour l-Institut Mouvement, Sport et Santé (IBSG-PHSG), nous recherchons dès le 1er février 2027 ou selon accord un·e doctorant·e pour le projet de recherche international « Core Practices (CP) in Physical Education, Teacher Education, and Continuing Professional Development (CP4PE) ».

CP4PE est un projet collaboratif financé dans le cadre SNF-DFG-WEAVE entre la PHSG et les universités d-Augsbourg, Potsdam et Hambourg. Ce projet de trois ans étudie les Core Practices (CP) centrales pour un enseignement efficace de l-éducation physique et développe des outils pour la recherche, la formation initiale et continue des enseignant·e·s. Sur le site de Saint-Gall, les priorités sont la gestion de classe et le feedback. Le début du projet est fixé au 1er février 2027.

Les tâches qui vous attendent : ##

  • Participation au projet de recherche CP4PE (notamment développement d-outils liés aux CP, coordination et réalisation des collectes de données et formations des évaluateurs, tâches de coordination intersites)
  • Présentation des résultats de recherche lors de conférences
  • Contribution à des publications scientifiques
  • Réalisation d-une thèse dans le cadre du projet
  • Éventuellement enseignement dans la formation initiale et/ou continue des enseignant·e·s

Votre profil : ##

  • Études universitaires avec très bonne réussite (master ou équivalent) en sciences du sport (ou discipline apparentée) avec spécialisation en didactique et/ou pédagogie du sport
  • Expérience en recherche empirique sur l-enseignement de l-éducation physique et/ou la profession enseignante
  • Solides connaissances en méthodes de recherche quantitatives
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et bonnes connaissances en anglais pour la collaboration internationale et la publication scientifique
  • Grande capacité de travail en équipe, coopération et communication, autonomie, fiabilité et engagement scientifique
  • Diplôme d-enseignement et expérience en tant qu-enseignant·e d-éducation physique souhaités

Nous vous proposons une activité intéressante et stimulante au sein d-une équipe de recherche ambitieuse et internationalement connectée. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des chercheur·e·s de plusieurs sites universitaires et des expert·e·s en didactique du sport et en recherche en éducation. Le contrat est limité à trois ans et soumis aux conditions d-engagement cantonales. En cas d-aptitude, une prolongation après la fin du projet est possible.
