Les crèches des HUG sont des crèches d'entreprise réservées aux enfants des employés et employées. Educatrice ou Educateur du jeune enfant \\- 80% à 90% En qualité d'éducateur ou d'éducatrice du jeune enfant, vous réalisez des accueils et des animations pour des enfants âgés de 4 mois à 5 ans, en appliquant l'approche pédagogique définie dans le projet institutionnel des crèches des HUG. Vous assurez une prestation individualisée en fonction des besoins et des impératifs de l'enfant. Vous participez à l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre du projet inspiré des travaux d'Emmi Pikler et garantissez la sécurité des enfants en veillant à créer en permanence une atmosphère favorable au développement et à leur é ce faire, vous travaillez en équipe de manière collaborative dans une approche centrée sur les besoins de l'enfant. \\Qualifications\\ Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un diplôme d'éducateur ou d'éducatrice de l'enfance ES délivré par l'ESEDE ou un diplôme équivalent reconnu par le SASAJ permettant d'occuper cette fonction dans une crèche du canton de Genève.
