EI\&C Maintenance Engineer

Job description:

Als EI\&C Maintenance Engineer stellen Sie den zuverlässigen Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Elektro\-, Instrumentierungs\- und Leitsysteme in den Produktions\- und Versorgungsanlagen sicher.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Betreuung und Instandhaltung von elektrischen Anlagen, Instrumentierung, Automation und Prozessleitsystemen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Elektro\-, Mess\-, Steuerungs\- und Automatisierungstechnik
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von präventiven und korrektiven Instandhaltungsmassnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Korrektur\- und Präventivmassnahmen (CAPA)
  • Betreuung und Support von DeltaV Prozessleitsystemen (DCS/PLS) und der zugehörigen Automatisierungsinfrastruktur
  • Mitarbeit bei Konfigurationsänderungen, Tests, Fehleranalysen und Implementierungen im Automatisierungsumfeld
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Automation und Process Engineering zur Optimierung von Anlagen und Regelstrategien
  • Unterstützung bei System\-Upgrades, Lifecycle\-Aktivitäten und Validierungen
  • Technischer Support für Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), idealerweise Syncade
  • Unterstützung bei Problemen im Bereich Produktionsausführung und elektronischer Batch Records
  • Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung technischer Anfragen aus der Produktion
  • Abstimmung der Instandhaltungsarbeiten mit der Produktionsplanung zur Minimierung von Stillstandszeiten
  • Dokumentation der Instandhaltungsaktivitäten in SAP
  • Unterstützung bei Change Controls, Abweichungen, Untersuchungen, Risikobewertungen und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten
  • Mitarbeit bei Reliability\-, Asset\-Management\- und Continuous\-Improvement\-Initiativen
  • Unterstützung bei Engineering\-, Commissioning\- und Operational\-Readiness\-Aktivitäten

Requirements:

* Technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium (HF, BSc oder MSc) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automation, Prozessleittechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, Automation oder in einem prozesstechnischen Produktionsumfeld * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik und industrieller Instrumentierung * Praktische Erfahrung mit DeltaV oder vergleichbaren Prozessleitsystemen (DCS/PLS) * Erfahrung in der systematischen Fehlersuche an elektrischen, instrumentierten und automatisierten Anlagen * Gutes Verständnis von Instandhaltungsprozessen und Root\-Cause\-Analyse * Erfahrung in einem GMP\-regulierten oder validierten Produktionsumfeld * Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil * SAP\-Kenntnisse im Bereich Instandhaltung sind von Vorteil * Erfahrung mit MES\-Systemen, insbesondere Syncade, ist von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der Pharma\-, Biotech\-, Chemie\- oder einer anderen stark regulierten Prozessindustrie ist wünschenswert j4id10416056a j4it0940a j4iy26a
