zur Stellvertretung mit der Möglichkeit zur Festanstellung

 

 

mit einem Pensum von 50 - 80 %. 

 

Wir suchen dich, da du gerne individuell, ganzheitlich und handlungsorientiert arbeitest. Die gelebte Beziehung zu den Kindern ist die Basis deiner Arbeit, für dein Lernen mit den Kindern. Lernen heisst für dich Arbeit mit dem ganzen Menschen. Du gehst flexibel auf die Tagesform deiner Schützlinge ein, suchst die Balance zwischen Fördern und Fordern. -Was du heut nicht kannst besorgen, das geht dann ev. morgen.-     

 

An unserer familiären, kantonal anerkannten Privatschule arbeiten wir mit Primarschulkindern mit einem Sonderschulbedarf A. Wir arbeiten in altersgemischten Gruppen von ca. 8 Kindern. Wir sind eine ganzheitliche, innovative und integrative Tagesschule, an welcher gerne gesungen, bewegt, gelernt und gespielt wird. Unsere Erlenkinder werden individuell in ihrer Persönlichkeit gestärkt und ganzheitlich gefördert. Die Arbeit im Team ist uns sehr zentral und wir pflegen einen engen, unkomplizierten Austausch bei welchem sich alle ressourcenorientiert einbringen. Wir legen Wert auf eine gemeinsame, ganzheitliche Grundhaltung, welche wir stetig weiterentwickeln. Die Zusammenarbeit im Team (Fachlehrpersonen, Sozialpädagogik, FaBes etc.) ist uns wichtig In allen Bereichen stehen unsere Pädagogik und Didaktik auf demselben Fundament.
