Welches Aufgabengebiet erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Unterstützung des Procurement Managers sowie Verantwortung für Vertragsmanagement und operative Beschaffung
  • Bedarfsanalyse auf Basis von SAP\-Planungsaufträgen und Bestellabwicklung mit internationalen Lieferanten
  • Preisverhandlungen, Terminüberwachung und Stammdatenpflege in SAP
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie Verantwortung für Flottenmanagement, Versicherungen, Gebäudeverwaltung und Kurierdienst

Was wir uns in fachlicher Hinsicht von Ihnen wünschen:

  • Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Einkauf
  • Mehrjährige Einkaufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsunternehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
  • SAP\-Kenntnisse (MM/FI, idealerweise Ariba) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Belastbarkeit und Teamorientierung
