DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Materialverfügbarkeit für die Produktion durch die Überwachung und Steuerung von Lieferterminen und Bestellmengen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der zugewiesenen Warengruppen und Lieferanten hinsichtlich Liefertreue und Versorgungssicherheit
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung von Lieferplänen sowie konsequente Stammdaten\- und Terminpflege im ERP\-System
  • Analyse und Überwachung von Lagerbeständen zur Sicherstellung optimaler Bestandsniveaus
  • Aktive Durchführung von Beistellungen sowie die Verwaltung und Inventur von Konsignationslagern
  • Teilnahme an Lieferantenreviews sowie an internen Shop Floor Meetings
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen, Arbeitsabläufen und Effizienzsteigerungen

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund oder entsprechender Weiterbildung (z. B. Technische/r /\-frau o.Ä.)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen (idealerweise Pro@)
