Dans le cadre de plusieurs départs à la retraite prévus entre novembre 2026 et mars 2027 au sein du secteur* Hygiène et nettoyage, situé à Cheseaux\-sur\-Lausanne*, nous recherchons des :

Employé de conciergerie / employé d'entretien (H/F/X) – CDI 20% à 80%

Votre profil

  • Une expérience confirmée par des formations attestées dans l’entretien de locaux collectifs d’hébergements et de bureaux.
  • La maîtrise de l’utilisation des produits professionnels, du système de codes couleurs ainsi que des machines de nettoyage, notamment l’autolaveuse.
  • Une aisance dans les tâches administratives et dans l’utilisation des outils informatiques (Mails), notamment d’une tablette utilisée quotidiennement dans le cadre des contrôles qualité.
  • Une facilité de contact, un bon sens de l’organisation et de la discrétion.
  • Une ouverture, une sensibilité et une aisance dans le contact avec des personnes en situation de déficience intellectuelle (un atout).
  • Un attrait pour le travail manuel ainsi qu’un sens des responsabilités.
  • Une flexibilité dans la gestion du temps, des aptitudes à gérer les priorités, le sens du service et un bon esprit d’équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français indispensable.
  • Disponibilité pour des remplacements au\-delà du contrat fixe.
  • Domicilié à maximum 30 minutes du Centre de Vernand à Cheseaux\-sur\-Lausanne.
