Sur notre site de Bilten (GL), nous développons et produisons des aliments liquides tels que des crèmes fouettées, des sauces froides & chaudes, des marinades, des vinaigrettes, des garnitures pour sandwichs et d'autres spécialités liquides. Avec environ 70 collaborateurs, nous trouvons des solutions individuelles pour nos clients renommés du secteur alimentaire. De plus, nous sommes propriétaires de la marque suisse traditionnelle de desserts Stalden.

Employé service commercial interne (h/f/d) 80-100%

Ce que vous faites chez nous

  • Vous assurez un traitement fluide des commandes en étroite collaboration avec nos clients, la production, la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les ventes
  • Vous êtes en contact direct avec les clients et êtes une personne de contact centrale pour leurs diverses demandes. Vous vous coordonnez de manière autonome avec les départements internes
  • Vous traitez des tâches du « quotidien » telles que le tri efficace des e-mails et appels téléphoniques, la gestion des données de base, les rapports d'erreurs via le logiciel QM, la facturation des débiteurs, les analyses et les questions logistiques
  • Vous participez à des groupes de travail interservices et apportez, grâce à vos compétences, une contribution significative à la réussite des projets
  • En étroite collaboration avec la responsable du service commercial interne, vous assumez d'autres tâches relevant du domaine de la direction

Ce que vous apportez déjà

  • Formation commerciale de base achevée ainsi qu'une expérience solide dans une fonction similaire
  • Connaissances des thèmes classiques du service commercial interne ainsi que des travaux de projet interservices
  • Expérience en digitalisation et optimisation des processus
  • Goût pour les systèmes ERP étendus et compétences MS Office éprouvées en pratique
  • Méthode de travail prévoyante et orientée service, recherche efficace de solutions et expression précise et adéquate
