6-12 Monate ab Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Das Personalamt des Kantons Zürich ist das Kompetenzzentrum für alle personal-, arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen der über 30'000 Mitarbeitenden des Kantons Zürich sowie vieler öffentlich-rechtlicher Anstalten und Gemeinden. Die Abteilung Personalrecht des Personalamts ist massgeblich für die Auslegung und Weiterentwicklung des kantonalen Personalrechts verantwortlich. Möchtest du deine bisherigen theoretischen Kenntnisse endlich in die Praxis umsetzen und einen realen Einblick in die Welt des Personalrechts des wirtschaftsstärksten Kantons der Schweiz bekommen? Wenn du bereit bist, den Sprung vom Hörsaal in die Praxis zu wagen und dein juristisches Wissen aktiv anzuwenden, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben: ###

  • Deine juristischen Kenntnisse kommen nicht nur auf dem Papier zum Einsatz. Denn du erteilst aktiv und praxisnah Rechtsauskünfte zu personalrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Arbeite Hand in Hand mit erfahrenen Juristen/-innen und bringe dein Wissen in vertiefte Abklärungen von Spezialfragen ein. 
  • Übernimm Verantwortung für die Pflege unserer internen Wissensdatenbank, die täglich von einer Vielzahl von HR-Spezialisten/-innen im Kanton genutzt wird. 
  • Sei ein wichtiger Teil bei der Bearbeitung von Rekursfällen und unterstütze tatkräftig bei der Durchführung von Schulungen im Personalrecht.

Das bringst du mit: ###

  • Du bringst ein lebhaftes Interesse am Verwaltungsrecht mit und verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (MLaw).
  • Während erste praktische Arbeitserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Personalrecht von Vorteil sind, sind wir ebenso offen für motivierte Absolventen/-innen, die ihre theoretischen Kenntnisse in die Praxis umsetzen möchten.
  • Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, selbstständiges und sorgfältiges Arbeiten sind für uns ebenso wichtig wie Freude am Kontakt mit zahlreichen Ansprechpartnern/-innen.
  • Bei uns kannst du nicht nur deine juristischen Fähigkeiten entfalten, sondern auch deinen guten Schreibstil weiter pflegen. Die Fähigkeit, adressatengerecht und verständlich zu kommunizieren, rundet dein Profil ab.

  • Du willst an die Anwaltsprüfung? Drei Monate von deiner Zeit bei uns werden dir angerechnet.
