Weitblick für Reha und meine Karriere - das ist das Lebens- und Arbeitsgefühl bei der Klinikgruppe Valens. Austausch, Fortschritt, interdisziplinäres Teamwork und gute Aussichten werden hier gross geschrieben. Unsere neue Rehaklinik Zürich Triemli wird im Frühjahr 2027 eröffnet. Zu Beginn werden wir eine Station mit ca. 32 Betten, eingemietet im Stadtspital Zürich Triemli, betreiben. Unser Neubau befindet sich bereits im Bau und wird Ende 2029 eröffnet und ca. 140 Betten haben. Für diesen spannenden Betriebsaufbau suchen wir für das Frühjahr 2027 eine/n ###

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest und behandelst unsere Patientinnen und Patienten mit neurologischen, internistischen, onkologischen und muskuloskelettalen Erkrankungen im Reha-Alltag - in einer modernen, interdisziplinären Organisationsform
  • Du führst evidenzbasierte ergotherapeutische Behandlungen und Assessments selbstständig und professionell durch
  • Du nimmst aktiv an interdisziplinären Besprechungen sowie Fort- und Weiterbildungen teil
  • Die enge und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit unserem engagierten Rehabilitationsteam gehören zu deinem Alltag
  • Du gestaltest unsere internen fachlichen Entwicklungsprozesse aktiv mit

Dein Profil

  • Du hast erfolgreich die Ausbildung oder das Studium als Ergotherapeut/-in abgeschlossen
  • Die SRK-Anerkennung wurde dir bereits erteilt (wir unterstützen internationale Bewerber/-innen bei der Anerkennung)
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist patientenzentriert und evidenzbasiert
  • Zu deinen Stärken gehören hervorragende Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit zeichnen dich in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld aus
  • Einsätze an Wochenenden und Feiertagen übernimmst du gerne und zuverlässig
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Neue Technologien wie Robotics, VR und Exergames begegnest du mit Offenheit und Interesse
  • Folgende Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil: 
  • Neurorehaspezifische Weiterbildungen in Konzepten des motorischen Lernens, des task-spezifischen und repetitiven Trainings
  • Erfahrung in der Behandlung von überwachungspflichtigen Patientinnen und Patienten
