Expert\-comptable diplômé (e)

Vous :

\- avez entre 25 et 45 ans,

\- disposez d’un diplôme d’expert\-comptable,

\- avez de solides connaissances en matière d’audit et de comptabilité et un sens de l’analyse,

\- disposez d'une expérience pratique acquise dans le domaine de la révision d’Institutions de prévoyance, ou vous êtes intéressé par ce secteur,

\- travaillez de manière indépendante et savez\-vous organiser efficacement.

Notre groupe de fiduciaires emploie actuellement une cinquantaine de collaborateurs à Lausanne, Yverdon\-les\-Bains, Genève et Fribourg.

Notre clientèle, se compose d'entreprises de toutes tailles touchant des domaines très diversifiés, auxquelles nous offrons notamment les prestations suivantes :

\- révision des comptes annuels de PME dans tous les domaines, d’hôpitaux, de sociétés électriques, de sociétés de transports publics, d’EMS et de communes,

\- contrôle des comptes d'institutions de prévoyance professionnelle,

\- assistance et conseils pour l'établissement de comptes consolidés,

\- gestion de divers mandats de comptabilité, assistance et conseils pour le bouclement des comptes,

\- fiscalité directe et indirecte de personnes physiques ou morales,

\- conseils d'entreprises, notamment pour des fusions, réorganisations et assainissements de sociétés, etc.
