Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Fachliche Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Infektionsprävention 
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden in Fragen der Hygiene und Infektionsprävention 
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Implementierung von Richtlinien, Standards und Arbeitsanweisungen 
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmassnahmen für Mitarbeitende 
  • Überwachung und Analyse infektiologischer Kennzahlen 
  • Mitarbeit bei der Abklärung und dem Management von Ausbruchsgeschehen 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachpersonen
  • Mitwirkung bei Qualitäts- und Risikomanagementprozessen 

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen 
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Infektionsprävention/Hygiene oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren 
  • Berufserfahrung im Akut-, Langzeit- oder ambulanten Gesundheitsbereich 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der nationalen Richtlinien und Empfehlungen zur Infektionsprävention 
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
