Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Wegbegleiter für unsere Lernenden: Mit Freude, Geduld und Fachkompetenz begleiten und fördern Sie unsere FaGe- und AGS-Lernenden im Ausbildungsalltag.
  • Fördern und Fordern: Sie gestalten praxisnahe Lernsituationen, geben wertschätzende Rückmeldungen und begleiten Kompetenznachweise.
  • Ausbildung gemeinsam gestalten: Im Austausch mit Berufsbildenden, Schulen und Ausbildungspartnern bringen Sie Ihre Ideen und Erfahrungen ein.
  • Mitten im Pflegealltag: Sie arbeiten aktiv in der Pflege mit und bleiben so nahe bei Bewohnenden, Lernenden und dem Team

Ihr Profil:

  • Mit Herz für die Pflege: Sie sind FaGe EFZ und bringen Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in der Langzeitpflege.
  • Freude an der Berufsbildung: Sie haben den Berufsbildnerkurs abgeschlossen oder sind bereit, diesen bei uns zu absolvieren.
  • Berufsbildung: Sie haben den Berufsbildnerkurs bereits abgeschlossen oder sind bereit, diesen bei uns zu absolvieren.
  • Freude am Nachwuchs: Sie gen Ihr Wissen gerne weiter und begleiten junge Menschen mit Geduld, Empathie und Humor.
  • Gemeinsam geht-s besser: Sie arbeiten zuverlässig und selbständig, schätzen den Austausch und bringen sich gerne ins Team ein.
