The posting

Das Team besteht aus 13 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter welches 24 Betten in den Fachrichtungen MSK und INT/Angio betreut. Dank der Bereichspflege ist bei uns sowohl eine individuelle Förderung als auch eine ganzheitliche und bedarfsgerechte Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten gewährleistet. Als Team begegnen wir uns auf Augenhöhe. Jede und jeder übernimmt Verantwortung für die eigenen Aufgaben, und gegenseitige Unterstützung ist für uns selbstverständlich. Wir sind ein Team, das gerne zusammen lacht, offen und respektvoll kommuniziert und großen Wert auf ein positives Arbeitsklima legt. 

 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Patientenorientierte Betreuung: Du begleitest unsere Patientinnen und Patienten mit deiner Fachkompetenz und unterstützt sie in ihrer Genesung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest in unserem interprofessionellen Team eng mit weiteren Pflegekräften, Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten sowie Ärztinnen und Ärzten zusammen. Deine Expertise ist dabei sehr geschätzt!
  • Vielfalt*:* Du freust dich aufspannende Herausforderungen und kontinuierliche Lernmöglichkeiten. Durch die Vielfalt der Krankheitsbilder sammelst du wertvolle Erfahrungen und kannst dein Wissen stetig erweitern

 

 

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mindestens einem Pos. SRK-PreCheck
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine begeisterte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Sinn für Humor. Du überzeugst durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein und qualitativ hochwertige Arbeit und kannst Prioritäten effektiv setzen
