Die Finanzverwaltung ordnet die Finanzen des Kantons Zürich und ermöglicht den Gesamtüberblick. Sie erstellt im Auftrag des Regierungsrates das Budget mit Finanzplan und die Rechnung des Kantons. Sie bereitet finanzielle Entscheide des Regierungsrates vor, sorgt für ein leistungsfähiges Rechnungswesen und erbringt entsprechende Dienstleistungen für die gesamte Verwaltung. Die Abteilung Kantonales Rechnungswesen erstellt die Vorgaben für eine kantonsweit einheitliche Rechnungslegung basierend auf IPSAS, erarbeitet die konsolidierte Rechnung sowie die Finanzstatistik des Kantons. Der Fachbereich «Applikationsverantwortung Finanzsysteme» sorgt für ein leistungsfähiges Rechnungswesen im kantonalen SAP-Umfeld. Zur Wahrnehmung der fachlichen Applikationsverantwortung (Business Owner) des kantonalen SAP-Moduls PSCD suchen wir eine engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Prozesse gestaltet und unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen sicher verbindet.

Ihre Aufgaben: ###

  • Fachliche Applikationsverantwortung (Business Owner) für SAP PSCD sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Definition des Einsatzes von SAP PSCD in den gesamtkantonalen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Betreuung und Optimierung der kantonsweiten Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Vertragskontokorrent sowie Entwicklung von Vorgaben im Berechtigungswesen
  • Organisation und Führung eines strukturierten Austauschs mit den Anwendenden, inkl. Pendenzenliste und Priorisierung von Upgrades, Changes und Weiterentwicklungen sowie Sicherstellung des Know-how-Transfers innerhalb der kantonalen Verwaltung
  • Situative Vertretung der Anliegen im Change Advisory Board
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Tests bei Neuentwicklungen
  • Leitung oder Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams in Zusammenhang mit SAP PSCD und weiteren Projekten des Kantonalen Rechnungswesens
  • Führung einer kantonalen Fachgruppe
  • Mitwirkung beim Jahresabschluss des Kantons Zürich und der Erstellung der konsolidierten Rechnung

Ihr Profil: ###

  • Höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft, sowie mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in diesen Bereichen
  • Fundiertes Knowhow im Rechnungswesen sowie vertieftes Fachwissen mit SAP PSCD
  • Interesse an öffentlichen Finanzen und an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Applikationen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Offen für Veränderungen und neue inhaltliche Herausforderungen
  • Kenntnisse der Projektmethode HERMES sind von Vorteil
