Der Fachbereich Betreuung Asyl übernimmt die Koordination der Unterbringung sowie die administrative, finanzielle und persönliche Betreuung der Asylsuchenden. Ziel ist es, die Menschen während des Asylverfahrens zu begleiten, ihre Grundversorgung sicherzustellen und die Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Institutionen und weiteren Fachstellen zu koordinieren. Die Stelle ist befristet bis 31.12.2027 mit Option auf Verlängerung . Wir suchen am Standort 4313 Möhlin per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Fachperson Betreuung Asyl (mit Option auf Bereichsleitung) mit Hauptaufgaben Sachbearbeitung und Finanzen 60-80% ##

Das bewegst du bei uns:

  • Bindeglied zwischen Betreuung, Kanton und Gemeinden
  • Administrative Abwicklung von A-Z für Klienten, Gemeinden und Kanton
  • Vertragswesen und Führen von Verhandlungsgesprächen
  • Erstellen von Zahlungsläufen für materielle Hilfe/Tickets etc. (Kostenguthaben)
  • Erstellen Quartalsabrechnungen für den Kanton und die Gemeinden
  • Erstellen von Verfügungen und Abklärungen
  • Einfordern laufend benötigter Unterlagen
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im Bereich Betreuung, inkl. Besuche in Unterkünften

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Kaufmännische Lehre EFZ)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Sozialhilfe-/Asylsozialgesetz (Staus S, F und N)
  • Ausgeprägtes administratives und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gewandtheit im schriftlichen und mündlichen Ausdruck
  • Gute EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse (Tutoris von Vorteil)
  • Führerschein Klasse B (für dienstliche Fahrten steht ein Geschäftswagen zur Verfügung)
