Fachperson Betreuung EFZ in der Fachrichtung Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung im Nachtdienst 50% ##

Aufgaben ###

  • Als Nachtwache betreust und pflegst du unsere Bewohner:innen während der Nacht (21.00-07.00 Uhr)
  • Du begleitest die Bewohnenden in agogischen und gesundheitlichen Fragen
  • Du gestaltest die Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohnenden entwicklungsfördernd und wertschätzend.
  • Du teilst dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung im Team und unterstützt die Umsetzung unserer Standards und Konzepte.
  • Du bist initiativ und verantwortungsbewusst, bringst deine Ideen ein und setzt neue Strukturen und Konzepte aktiv um.

Profil ###

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung, Fachperson Gesundheit, Sozialpädagog:in oder Pflegefachperson.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Pflege von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung mit.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Du gehst einfühlsam mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung um und begegnest ihnen wertschätzend, achtsam und ehrlich.
  • Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in und gehst konstruktiv mit Konflikten um.
