Die Ambulante Begleitung Zürich - AmBe Zürich GmbH ist ein junges Unternehmen im Bereich der ambulanten (Wohn-) Begleitung. Wir sind eines der ersten Unternehmen, das im Rahmen des neuen kantonalen Systems SEBE (Selbstbestimmt Entscheiden) tätig ist - und dies bewusst ohne institutionellen Wohnheimhintergrund. 

Unser Fokus liegt auf individueller, ressourcenorientierter Unterstützung von Menschen mit Begleitbedarf - in ihrer eigenen Wohnung, mitten im Alltag. Unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sind die Expertinnen und Experten für ihr eigenes Leben und geben den Takt vor. Sie bestimmen, welcher Weg zu gehen ist. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, sie bei ihrem selbstbestimmten Lösungsweg zu unterstützen und zu begleiten.

In der aktuellen Aufbauphase unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die sich aktiv und mitgestaltend in diese besondere Form der Begleitung einbringen möchte.

Wir suchen ab 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Fachperson Betreuung, FaBe, Sozialpädagoge:in oder Sozialarbeiter:in HF/FH 60 bis 90% im System SEBE

Aufgabenbereich

  • 1:1-Begleitung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in ihrem Alltag in der Stadt Zürich sowie der Agglomeration Zürich
  • Unsere Kundinnen und Kunden:
  • in der individuellen Alltagsbewältigung unterstützen und bestärken.
  • in der individuellen Erarbeitung von Problemlösungen unterstützen. 
  • in der individuellen Umsetzung von Lösungsstrategien begleiten und diese gemeinsam reflektieren mit Fokus Wirksamkeit. 
  • Beispiele der Tätigkeiten mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden sind:
  • Begleitung beim Einkauf
  • Begleitung in der Haushaltsführung
  • Begleitung im Umgang mit belastenden Situationen
  • Begleitung in der sozialen Teilhabe
  • Weiterentwicklung der Begleitung im Team

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe), Sozialpädagoge:in HF/FH oder Sozialarbeiter:in
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, engagierte Persönlichkeit
  • Fähigkeit und Interesse zur selbstständigen Arbeit ebenso wie zur Teamarbeit
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse im Bereich der ambulanten Begleitung
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit und ein professioneller Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz im Kontext der 1:1 Begleitung
  • Du pflegst einen achtsamen und respektvollen Umgang mit Menschen und schützt dabei stets ihre Integrität

  • Eine Festanstellung mit Einsatzzeiten von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 8 und 19 Uhr abhängig vom Anstellungsgrad
