The posting

Zur Verstärkung unseres Betreuungsteams suchen wir per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Betreuung. Ihre Arbeitstage sind Montag, Dienstag und Freitag. Durch den Ausgleich der Mehrstunden sind acht Wochen Ferien pro Jahr möglich.

Aufgaben ##

  • Bereitstellung von Freizeitaktivitäten und Angeboten während der unterrichtsfreien Zeit, welche auf die individuellen Möglichkeiten der Kinder abgestimmt sind
  • Betreuung der Kinder während der Mittagszeit und in den verschiedenen Freizeitangeboten
  • Förderung der Stärken und der Selbständigkeit der Kinder
  • Elternkontakte und Elterngespräche
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Betreuungs- und Schulteam
  • Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben sowie Mitwirkung in der Schulentwicklung

Profil ##

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pädagogischen Ar-beit mit Kindern in der Unterstufe und der Elternarbeit
  • Lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung und Humor in der täglichen Arbeit
  • Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsfeld
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität im Denken und Handeln
  • Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven, interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachpersonen unseres Schulteams
