Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sie erstellen Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse, nach Swiss GAAP FER 21
  • Sie arbeiten bei der Budgetierung sowie bei der Führung des Hauptbuchs und der Nebenbücher wie Lohnbuchhaltung mit
  • Sie stellen das Tagesgeschäft in Zusammenarbeit mit dem erfahrenen Team sicher
  • Sie tragen Mitverantwortung bei der Planung und Kontrolle der Arbeitsabläufe und stellen die Qualität sicher
  • Sie übernehmen Stellvertretungen im Team und sind Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen
  • Sie sind Abacus\-Profi und unterstützen diverse interne User

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung in Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (oder in Ausbildung)
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, Abacus) aus
  • Sie verfügen über eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit vernetztem Denken und guter Auffassungsgabe
  • Sie haben Freude und Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung
  • Sie besitzen eine hohe soziale Kompetenz, physische und psychische Belastbarkeit und arbeiten gerne im Team
