  • Soins et accompagnement professionnels et autonomes des clientes et clients
  • Soutien dans la gestion du quotidien et promotion de l'autonomie
  • Réalisation de mesures de soins et médicales dans le cadre de vos compétences
  • Accompagnement des personnes en situation palliative
  • Observation de l'état de santé ainsi que détection des changements et transmission correspondante aux professionnels compétents
  • Documentation soigneuse et complète des prestations de soins fournies
  • Collaboration étroite avec des experts en soins APN, médecins, hôpitaux ainsi que d'autres professionnels
  • Formation de spécialiste en santé CFC
  • Mode de travail autonome, compétent et responsable
  • Bonnes connaissances en informatique
