Die Spitex Am Alten Rhein beschäftigt aktuell 22 Mitarbeitende im Bereich Pflege zu Hause. Unsere Dienstleistungen stehen allen Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern der politischen Gemeinden Lutzenberg, Rheineck, St. Margrethen und Thal zur Verfügung, die bedingt durch Krankheit, Unfall, Behinderung, Altersgebrechen, Mutterschaft oder ähnliches auf Unterstützung angewiesen sind. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ 50-70 % Ihre Ausbildung im Bereich Gesundheit EFZ bilden das Fundament für Einsätze im ambulanten Bereich der Spitex. Was gehört zum Aufgabenbereich?  Eine individuelle, personenzentrierte Pflege und Begleitung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten laut Pflegeplanung Zusammenarbeit mit den fallführenden Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH und der Teamleitung Fachliche Versiertheit in der gängigen Medizinaltechnik (Injektionen, Verbandtherapie) Verständnis für chronisch erkrankte Menschen und Einfühlungsvermögen für Pflegesituationen im häuslichen, privaten Umfeld Zusammenarbeit mit pflegenden Angehörigen Die elektronische Dokumentation von Verläufen, direkt vor Ort auf dem betriebseigenen Handy Selbständige Übernahme von Tagestouren mit dem Dienstauto, entlang der vorgängig erstellten Planung durch die Teamleitung Wir bieten: Eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem wertschätzenden Umfeld und die Möglichkeit, Ihr wertvolles Wissen und spezifische Erfahrungen einzubringen  Unterstützung durch ein kompetentes und selbständiges Team, zuständige Fachpersonen und engagierte Teamleiterinnen Eine moderne Infrastruktur, Nähe zu ÖV, Gratisparkplatz   Für weitere Auskünfte steht Ihnen der Geschäftsleiter, Rico Fach, unter Tel 071 888 25 77 gerne zur Verfügung.
