Was du bei uns bewirkst

  • Prüfung und Verarbeitung der eingehenden Aufträge/Dokumente von natürlichen und juristischen Personen
  • Verwaltung von E\-Banking\-Berechtigungen in unserem Bankensystem Avaloq
  • Scannen von Dokumenten und Verwaltung von 'physischen' Vollmachten in unserem Bankensystem Avaloq/UVM
  • Anlaufstelle für Kundenberater und Assistenten bei Fachfragen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und Optimierungen von Prozessen
  • Erledigung von Kontrolltätigkeiten

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung/\-Erfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kundendokumentation
  • Bankerfahrungen oder im Idealfall in einer artverwandten Branche (Versicherung, Krankenkasse, Finanzdienstleister etc.)
  • Zuverlässige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Initiative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
