Die Abteilung Bezugsdienst fungiert als Rechtsdienst des Steuerbezugs. Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung suchen wir per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n engagierte/n Fachsupporter/in Bezugsdienst.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Bearbeiten von anspruchsvollen juristischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten zusammen mit einer bestehenden Mitarbeiterin.
  • Bearbeiten von Erlass\- und Handänderungsgesuchen.
  • Erstellen von Haftungs\- und Steuerrückzahlungsverfügungen inkl. der dazugehörigen Berechnungen.
  • Listen\- und Statistikführung der Abteilung Bezugsdienst.
  • Unterstützen der juristischen Mitarbeitenden und des Leiters des Bezugsdienstes bei administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in Projekten.
  • Ausbilden und Anleiten von Praktikanten.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung.
  • Idealerweise berufliche Erfahrungen im juristischen Umfeld (Gericht, Kanzlei) oder in einer öffentlichen Verwaltung.
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine ausgeprägte IT\-Affinität und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen.
  • Selbständige, engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit.
  • Professionelles Auftreten und stilsichere, präzise schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit.
  • Belastbarkeit, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und die Fähigkeit zum zielorientierten und vernetzten Denken.
