Facility Services Manager (a) 100 % \- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie et les objectifs d'ISS \- Respect et suivi des normes et directives définies par les clients \- Diriger et coordonner toutes les activités des Facility Services pour le compte de nos clients \- Responsabilité de la gestion et l-encadrement du personnel (planning, ventilation des heures, recrutement, entretiens annuels, etc.) \- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et financière (la mise à jour des reportings, contrôle et gestion des budgets etc.) des prestations de services délivrées sur le site du client \- Responsabilité de l-administration, du respect des KPI, SLA, des procédures et processus de travail et le cas échéant la création de ceux-ci \- Proposer, développer et implémenter des améliorations \- Interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) pour les clients \- Participer et suivre le contrôle des projets \- Coordonner les sous-traitants \- Issu(e) d-une formation supérieure dans le domaine du management, de la technique des bâtiments ou de l'hôtellerie \- Au bénéfice de 8 à 10 ans d-expérience dans le domaine du Facility Management (idéalement) ou dans le secteur des services avec des responsabilités similaires \- Compétences professionnelles et managériales avérées et attestées \- Très bonnes connaissances dans la gestion des softs services (nettoyage, conciergerie, réception...) et/ou des hard services (technique des bâtiment HVAC/CVCSE, électricité...) \- Sens de la communication inné, excellent orateur(trice) \- Aisance avec les chiffres, la gestion financière associé à de bonnes capacités analytiques \- Sens de la planification et de l-organisation nécessaires à la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets \- Fort esprit d-équipe \- De langue maternelle française et excellente connaissance de l-anglais (min. C1) et/ou de l'allemand (min. B2) \- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et aisance avec les outils digitaux de manière générale \- Orienté(e) solutions \- Personnalité charismatique avec une orientation clientèle très prononcée
