Auf unserer interdisziplinären Privatstation erwartet dich eine vielseitige Koordinationsfunktion mit grosser Eigenverantwortung. Du bist die organisatorische Drehscheibe der Station und trägst mit deinem Organisationstalent wesentlich zu einem reibungslosen Stationsalltag bei. Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten interprofessionellen Team leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag für eine hochwertige Betreuung unserer Patient:innen. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied?

  • Du koordinierst die administrativen Abläufe rund um Eintritte, Austritte, Verlegungen, Untersuchungen und Transporte unserer Patient:innen. Zudem koordinierst du Termine und Abklärungen und stellst sicher, dass wichtige Informationen rechtzeitig an die zuständigen Personen weitergegeben werden
  • Die organisatorische Einführung neuer Mitarbeitender gehört ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Du sorgst dafür, dass Checklisten, Zugänge, Telefone und relevante Informationen vollständig vorhanden sind
  • Das Apotheken- und Materialmanagement liegt in deiner Verantwortung. Zudem koordinierst du Reparaturen und Wartungen von Geräten und arbeitest dabei eng mit den zuständigen Supportbereichen zusammen
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenzial, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hilfst aktiv mit, Abläufe klarer und effizienter zu gestalten. In ruhigeren Phasen unterstützt du das Team auch ausserhalb des Sekretariats und packst dort mit an, wo deine Hilfe gebraucht wird
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, pflichtbewusst und zuverlässig, behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, denkst voraus und setzt vereinbarte Aufgaben konsequent um. Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, kommunizierst klar und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen zusammen. Unklarheiten sprichst du respektvoll an und hast Freude daran, Veränderungen anzustossen und neue Abläufe im Alltag zu etablieren
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit / Fachmann Gesundheit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln runden dein Profil ab
  • Deine Arbeitszeiten sind von 07:15 bis 16:15 Uhr, vorwiegend von Montag bis Freitag
