En collaboration avec notre client, une entreprise de services établie, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord un(e) contrôleur(se) financier(ère) 80-100%. L'entreprise adopte une orientation moderne et tournée vers l'avenir, accordant une grande importance à la transparence, à la durabilité et à une collaboration respectueuse. Votre domaine d'action chez le nouvel employeur

  • Vous analysez les indicateurs financiers et d'entreprise pertinents et créez ainsi des bases décisionnelles significatives pour la direction
  • Vous coordonnez, en collaboration avec les différents départements, le processus budgétaire et rassemblez les planifications financières au niveau de l'ensemble de l'organisation
  • Vous êtes responsable du système de contrôle interne (SCI), évaluez les risques financiers et opérationnels et définissez des mesures appropriées pour leur réduction
  • Vous réalisez des audits internes et contribuez à l'établissement des comptes intermédiaires et annuels en respectant les normes comptables en vigueur

Votre atout pour le nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d'une formation commerciale ou économique de base et vous êtes spécialisé(e) dans le domaine du contrôle de gestion, par exemple au niveau HF, universitaire ou avec un brevet fédéral
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle en contrôle de gestion et idéalement une connaissance approfondie de l'établissement des comptes selon le CO et Swiss GAAP FER
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance en allemand, des connaissances supplémentaires en anglais et en français sont un avantage, et vous maîtrisez les outils BI
  • Vous convainquez par une manière de travailler analytique et responsable ainsi que par votre initiative personnelle
