Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

  • Verantwortung für die organisatorische und administrative Betreuung und Unterstützungder SVP\-Kantonsratsfraktion und den dazugehörenden Kommissionen
  • Vor\- und Nachbereitung der fraktionsinternen Sitzungen
  • Organisation der Fraktionsanlässe
  • Selbständige Verwaltung des Fraktionsgeschäftssystems
  • Koordination zwischen Kantonsratsfraktion, Parteisekretariat und anderen Parteigremien
  • Sitzungseinladungen und Mitarbeit für die verschiedenen Gremiensitzung der SVP Kanton Zürich (inkl. Protokollierung)
  • Mithilfe bei zahlreichen Veranstaltungen der SVP Kanton Zürich
  • Unterstützung der Redaktion unserer wöchentlichen Parteizeitung
  • Mitarbeit im Organisationskomitee der jährlichen Albisgüetli\-Tagung

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, ein stilsicheres Deutsch, sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Anwendungen
  • Affinität zur kantonalen, bürgerlichen Politik der SVP
  • Selbständige, effiziente und termingetreue Erledigung der anfallenden Arbeiten, auch in hektischen Zeiten
  • Belastbarkeit sowie zeitliche Flexibilität (inkl. Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätze)
  • Hohes Dienstleistungsverständnis und die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen umzugehen
  • Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit Menschen
