Wir bauen unser Coop Pronto Shop\- und Coop Tankstellen\-Netz laufend aus. Die Coop Pronto Standorte werden im Rahmen unseres Franchisekonzepts sehr erfolgreich geführt.

Aufgaben

  • Sie sind für die reibungslose Organisation Ihres Coop Pronto Shops verantwortlich und garantieren die Umsetzung der hohen Standards von Coop Pronto
  • Sie führen erfolgreich die finanziellen Aufgaben inklusive Controlling der betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen eines Coop Pronto Shops
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Warenbewirtschaftung (Bestellungen, Wareneingangskontrollen und Warenpflege)
  • Sie verkaufen die Produkte, beraten Kund:innen und unterhalten die Tankstelle (sofern vorhanden)
  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung, Durchsetzung und Kontrolle der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zu Qualitätssicherung, Jugendschutz und Arbeitssicherheit sicher
  • Sie führen die Mitarbeiter:innen: Suche, Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung, Lohnabrechnungen und Sozialleistungen sowie Einhaltung der arbeitsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen (OR und Arbeitsgesetz)

Anforderungen

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel (oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Verkauf), vorzugsweise im Lebensmitteldetailhandel
  • Sie konnten bereits mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sammeln, weisen eine hohe Sozialkompetenz auf und sind ein Organisationstalent
  • Sie können ein Gesamtkapital von bis CHF 145'000 aufbringen. Pensionskassengelder können nicht eingebracht werden
  • Sie haben Freude am aktiven Kundenkontakt
  • Sie arbeiten gerne mit einem Team zusammen, sind bereit, die täglichen Arbeiten gemeinsam zu bewältigen und sind motiviert, ein eigenes Unternehmen mit klaren Rahmenbedingungen zu führen
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität, starke Kunden\- und Verkaufsorientierung sowie eine offene und freundliche Kommunikation gehören zu Ihren Stärken
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches wie auch unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Ihr Wohnsitz befindet sich vorzugsweise in der Nähe des Coop Pronto Shops oder Sie sind zu einem Umzug bereit
  • Sie beherrschen die regionale Landessprache in Wort und Schrift
