Im Bereich Market Operations stellst du gemeinsam mit rund 70 engagierten Persönlichkeiten die reibungslose Handelsabwicklung für die gesamte Bank sicher. Dabei trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Devisen-, Edelmetall- und Geldmarkt-Geschäfte effizient und zuverlässig verbucht werden. Gemeinsam bringen wir neue Ideen ein, behalten das Ganze im Blick und leben unsere Begeisterung für den Handel.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellen der korrekten und termingerechten Abwicklung unserer globalen Devisen-, Edelmetall- und Geldmarkt-Geschäfte
  • Bewirtschaften der Cash-Konten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Handel
  • Agieren als fachliche Ansprechperson für Handel und Kundenbetreuende sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Korrespondenzbanken und weiteren externen Finanzdienstleistenden
  • Mitgestalten und Weiterentwickeln von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Banklehre, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung im Finanzbereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Wertschriften- oder Handelsumfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Devisen, Edelmetalle und/oder Geldmarkt
  • Bereitschaft, im Schichtdienst (zwischen 06.00-20.00 Uhr) sowie im Pikettdienst (zwischen 20.00-06.00 Uhr) zu arbeiten
  • Du bringst eine hohe Affinität zu Veränderungen mit und treibst bereichsübergreifende Prozessoptimierungen aktiv voran
  • Du bist engagiert und setzt dich gerne mit komplexen Marktanforderungen auseinander; sorgfältiges und zuverlässiges Erledigen von Routineaufgaben ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
