Gärtner\*in mit agogischen Aufgaben 80 – 100 %

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Anleitung und Führung von 4 – 5 Mitarbeitenden mit einer Beeinträchtigung in der täglichen Arbeit
  • Unterstützung des Berufsbildners bei der Ausbildung der Lernenden
  • Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen im Unterhalt (fachgerechter Strauch\- und Baumschnitt, Rasenpflege)
  • Ausführung von Umänderungen (Belagsarbeiten, Sichtschutzelemente, Neupflanzungen, Rasenarbeiten)
  • Planen und Dokumentieren der Lernprozesse der Mitarbeitenden
  • Austausch mit Beiständen, Angehörigen und internen Jobcoachs (Bezugspersonenarbeit)

Ihr Profil

  • Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld und an der Arbeit in einem vielfältigen Team
  • Ausbildung als Gärtner\*in EFZ, Fachrichtung Garten\- und Landschaftsbau und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit beeinträchtigten Personen von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Kategorie BE oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben
