Für eine grössere und vielseitige Institution der Langzeitpflege in Bern suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegeexpertin / einen Dipl. Pflegeexperten 80-100 %. Der Betrieb begleitet ältere Menschen mit unterschiedlichen und teilweise komplexen Pflegebedürfnissen und verbindet professionelle Pflege mit einer persönlichen und respektvollen Betreuung.

Fachliche Entwicklung wird hier nicht vom Pflegealltag getrennt betrachtet. Pflegeexpert:innen arbeiten eng mit den Teams und Führungspersonen zusammen, begleiten komplexe Situationen und sorgen dafür, dass neue Erkenntnisse tatsächlich in der Praxis ankommen. Verschiedene Wohn- und Pflegeangebote schaffen ein vielseitiges fachliches Umfeld mit spannenden Fragestellungen. Der Arbeitsplatz befindet sich in Bern und ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gehst dorthin, wo Pflege anspruchsvoll wird, analysierst komplexe Situationen und unterstützt die Teams dabei, fachlich fundierte und praxistaugliche Lösungen zu finden
  • Du entwickelst Pflegekonzepte, Standards und Instrumente weiter und sorgst dafür, dass daraus gelebte Qualität und nicht bloss Theorie entsteht
  • Du gestaltest Fallbesprechungen, Schulungen und fachliche Inputs und befähigst Mitarbeitende dazu, ihr Wissen im Pflegealltag sicher anzuwenden
  • Du arbeitest auf Augenhöhe mit Fach- und Führungspersonen zusammen und bringst deine Expertise aktiv in Qualitäts-, Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprojekte ein

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH und verfügst über eine weiterführende Qualifikation im Bereich Pflegeexpertise oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Du bringst fundierte Pflegeerfahrung mit und kennst idealerweise die fachlichen Herausforderungen, die komplexe Situationen in der Langzeitpflege mit sich bringen
  • Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und kannst anspruchsvolle fachliche Inhalte so vermitteln, dass sie für die Praxis verständlich und umsetzbar werden
  • Du denkst analytisch, stellst die richtigen Fragen und hast Freude daran, bestehende Strukturen konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln
