Die Internationale Rheinregulierung (IRR) ist eine gemeinsame Organisation der Schweiz und Österreichs. Sie verantwortet den Hochwasserschutz am Alpenrhein und steht vor einer der bedeutendsten Infrastrukturaufgaben der Region. Geschäftsführung (m/w/d)

Sie führen die IRR in fachlicher, personeller und finanzieller Hinsicht und tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für das Hochwasserschutzprojekt Alpenrhein. Sie verantworten die langfristige Planung und Umsetzung von Bau\- und Investitionsprogrammen im Zusammenspiel von Hochwasserschutz, Ökologie und öffentlichen Interessen. Dabei vertreten Sie die Organisation gegenüber Behörden, politischen Gremien und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen in der Schweiz und Österreich. Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im

Bau\-, Umwelt\- oder Kulturingenieurwesen

sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung anspruchsvoller Infrastruktur\- oder Bauprojekte mit einem Bezug zum Fluss\-, Wasser\-, Tunnel\- oder Spezialbau. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Verhandlungsgeschick, Entscheidungs\- und Umsetzungsfreude, ein sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Qualitäten in der Personalführung sowie die Fähigkeit, vielfältige Interessen erfolgreich zusammenzuführen.
