PORTAILS fait partie de la Fondation Asile des aveugles, qui regroupe également l'Hôpital ophtalmique Jules-Gonin, le centre pédagogique et un établissement médico-social. La plateforme dédiée à l'insertion professionnelle prend en charge des jeunes et adultes atteints d'un déficit visuel dans leur parcours d'orientation, réorientation et formation, dans toute la Suisse romande.

PORTAILS regroupe les différents services de la Fondation orientés vers l'insertion et le maintien professionnel : soutien à la formation, service social, réadaptation et basse vision, centre technique en adaptation et accessibilité, service de psychologie de l'orientation, accueil de stagiaires, afin de favoriser leur inclusion sociale et professionnelle et de développer leur autonomie.

 

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un-e

Gestionnaire administratif ###

 

Votre mission

  • Utiliser des outils numériques variés et inventifs (OCR, IA, etc) en vue de réaliser des exports et améliorations de contenus numériques
  • Traiter et exploiter des fichiers, notamment sur Excel, dans le cadre du reporting et du suivi d'activité
  • Mettre en page des documents selon les instructions définies, notamment sous Word et PDF
  • Soutenir le service sur SAINET, E-OPALE, et autres bases de données
  • Assurer le lien avec l'équipe pour les suivis administratifs et les adaptations en lien avec les bénéficiaires
  • Apporter un soutien administratif au service, notamment dans le traitement des demandes, la gestion de la boite PORTAILS, les impressions, la numérisation et l'archivage

 

Vos atouts

  • Très bonne aisance informatique, avec une excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques, en particulier Excel, et une capacité à prendre rapidement en main de nouveaux outils et formats : phyton, LaTex, OCR, bases de données, intelligence artificielle, Teams et environnement Microsoft Office
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Grande rigueur et minutie dans l'exécution des tâches
  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
