Notre client est un acteur majeur du courtage en assurances et en prévoyance en Suisse et en Europe.

Job Description ##

  • Intégration au sein de la structure ;
  • Gestion de manière autonome des dossiers de sinistres en assurances de personnes ;
  • Suivi des cas LAA, LAA complémentaire, perte de gain maladie et LPP ;
  • Conseil et renseignement des clients, employeurs et assurés ;
  • Collaboration avec les conseillers clientèle et les partenaires assureurs ;
  • Analyse des situations complexes et participation à la recherche de solutions adaptées ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Formation des nouveaux collaborateurs ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation en assurances et / ou en prévoyance ;
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de sinistres en assurances de personnes en Suisse ;
  • Excellente maîtrise des langues française et allemande tant à l'oral que à l'écrit ;
  • Bonne connaissance du marché suisse de l'assurance ;
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office et des logiciels d'assurances ;
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie ;
  • Orientation client et esprit d'équipe ;
  • Discrétion et sens de la confidentialité.
