Pour son site résidentiel du Devens à St\-Aubin\-Sauges, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire en intendance à 80%

Responsabilités

Vous assurez l’entretien des locaux et du linge et participez à l’organisation du travail d’intendance et veillez à la disponibilité du matériel nécessaire. En lien avec les autres équipes, vous adaptez votre travail aux besoins des bénéficiaires, tout en respectant leur autonomie. Vous veillez également à l’application des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité. Les horaires comprennent des activités la semaine, le samedi et les jours fériés.

Qualifications

  • Un CFC de gestionnaire en intendance ou titre jugé équivalent ;
  • Une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire serait un atout ;
  • Une expérience dans une institution sociale serait un atout ;
  • Sens de l’organisation, fiabilité et goût pour le travail en équipe ;
  • Attitude respectueuse et aisance dans les contacts avec des personnes aux besoins variés ;
  • Permis de conduire de catégorie B.
