Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene, unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit als Global IT Lead (m/w/d).

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die globale ICT-Organisation und gestalten die digitale Zukunft einer international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie sicher, dass moderne, sichere und leistungsfähige IT-Services die Geschäftsbereiche weltweit optimal unterstützen.

Sie führen ein Team von rund 30 Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen IT Infrastructure, IT Services, Business Applications, ERP, Process Systems und ITK und sind ein wichtiger Partner für die Geschäftsleitung bei der Umsetzung strategischer Unternehmensziele.

  • Sie entwickeln die globale IT-Strategie weiter und setzen diese nachhaltig um.
  • Sie führen, fördern und entwickeln ein internationales Team von rund 30 IT-Spezialistinnen und IT-Spezialisten.

  • Sie beraten die Geschäftsleitung in strategischen IT-, Security- und Digitalisierungsthemen.

  • Sie stellen eine sichere, stabile und kosteneffiziente Bereitstellung aller IT-Services sicher.
  • Sie verantworten die Verfügbarkeit, Integrität und Weiterentwicklung der globalen IT-Systeme.
  • Sie gewährleisten einen professionellen Betrieb von Workplace-, Netzwerk-, ERP- und Produktionssystemen.
  • Sie stellen ein zuverlässiges Backup-, Recovery- und Monitoring-Konzept sicher.
  • Sie verantworten den Lifecycle von Hardware, Software und Infrastrukturkomponenten.
  • Security, Risk & Compliance
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die gruppenweite Informations- und Cyber-Security.
  • Sie etablieren und entwickeln Standards im Bereich Governance, Risk & Compliance weiter.
  • Sie verantworten das Business Continuity Management sowie Notfall- und Wiederanlaufkonzepte.
  • Sie identifizieren Risiken frühzeitig und setzen geeignete Sicherheitsmassnahmen um.
  • Digitalisierung & Innovation
  • Sie leiten internationale IT- und Transformationsprojekte.
  • Sie unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
  • Sie evaluieren neue Technologien, Markttrends und Innovationen hinsichtlich ihres geschäftlichen Mehrwerts.
  • Sie sorgen für eine nachhaltige Integration neuer Lösungen in die bestehende Systemlandschaft.
  • Financial & Vendor Management
  • Sie verantworten das globale IT-Budget und stellen einen effizienten Mitteleinsatz sicher.
  • Sie steuern Investitionen, Lizenz- und Asset-Management sowie Kosteneffizienzprogramme.
  • Sie führen strategische Technologiepartner und verantworten SLA- und Lieferantenmanagement.
  • Sie verhandeln Verträge und stellen eine hohe Servicequalität sicher.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informationstechnologie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung grösserer IT-Organisationen innerhalb eines internationalen Unternehmens
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, ERP und IT-Security
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung von IT-Strategien und internationalen Transformationsprojekten
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau leistungsfähiger Teams sowie in der modernen Mitarbeiterführung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein souveränes Auftreten auf Management-Ebene
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Lösungs- und Serviceorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
