Wir suchen für unseren Standort Schiffbauplatz eine engagierte Fachkraft für unsere Baby-Gruppe.   Deine Rolle: Mitverantwortliche Betreuung und Förderung unserer Nestgruppe mit Kindern im Alter von ca. 3-18 Monaten. Umsetzung entwicklungsfördernder Aktivitäten im Tagesablauf. Beobachtung, Dokumentation und Reflexion von Entwicklungsschritten. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und anderen Fachpersonen zur Förderung der kindlichen Entwicklung. Mitgestaltung einer liebevollen, professionellen Lernumgebung. Was du mitbringst: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FaBe Kind / Erzieherin / frühpädagogische Qualifikation oder vergleichbar. Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit sehr jungen Kindern. Empathische Haltung, Teamgeist und Ideenfreude. Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen willkommen. Wir bieten: Ein wertschätzendes, pädagogisch orientiertes Arbeitsumfeld.
