Gruppenleiter:in Filling Line III (w/m/d)

In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an den Leiter der Filling Line III. Sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für ein Team von mehreren Mitarbeitenden. Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit führen Sie Herstellungsprozesse auf einer Routineanlage zur Abfüllung steriler Arzneimittel durch.

Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die qualitativ hochwertige, termingerechte und mengenmäßige Umsetzung der Produktionsaufträge unter strikter Einhaltung aller geltenden Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen:

  • Schichtleitung Ihres Teams im 2-Schichtbetrieb (Montag bis Sonntag, 05:00-23:00 Uhr Früh- bzw. Spätschicht im Wechsel) und Übergabe der notwendigen Informationen an die Folgeschicht
  • Führung von ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden und Koordination der Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben
  • Personalplanung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Rekrutierung sowie Ausbildung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und aktive Mitarbeit im Prozess in einer Produktionszone
  • Bedienung der Anlagen
  • Formatwechsel
  • Durchführen von Messungen
  • Reinigung und Desinfektion der Reinräume
  • Sterilfiltration
  • Gerätevorbereitung
  • Protokollierung der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitsvorschriften, SOP-s und GMP Richtlinien
  • Arbeiten mit modernen Prozessleitsystemen
  • Planung & Durchführung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Arbeiten nach Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) (Dokumentation, Reinigung, etc.)
  • Vorbereitung, Mithilfe bei der Durchführung von Inspektionen
  • Agieren als Ansprechpartner:in für technische Belange für den eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Unterstützung bei Projektarbeiten
  • Arbeiten mit SAP
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Gruppenleiter:innen der aseptischen Abfüllung
  • Vorgeben klarer Ziele, Förderung der Zusammenarbeit und Schaffen einer verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsumgebung

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittel-, Pharma-, oder technischen Bereich
  • Erfahrungen in Personalführung und in der Lebensmittel- oder Pharmaindustrie, vorzugsweise in der Sterilabfüllung
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamgeist
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Freude im Team zu arbeiten und Freude ein qualitativ einwandfreies Medikament herzustellen, welches unseren Patienten hilft
  • Hohe Motivationsfähigkeit / Selbstständigkeit, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und grosses Qualitätsverständnis
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP)
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch erforderlich)
  • Sie schätzen die Vorteile der Schichtarbeit (inkl. Wochenende)
