Für unsere Abteilung Treuhand suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine:n Gruppenleiter:in Treuhand (Arbeitspensum 80% \- 100%) Deine Aufgaben: Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines unseres motivierten Teams Selbständige Führung von Finanz\- und Lohnbuchhaltungen für KMU verschiedenster Branchen Erstellung von Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüssen Ausarbeitung von Unternehmenssteuererklärungen Erstellung von Steuererklärungen für Privatpersonen Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden in treuhänderischen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen Ansprechpartner/in für Behörden, Ämter und Sozialversicherungen Begleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden im Arbeitsalltag Förderung eines wertschätzenden, inklusiven und teamorientierten Arbeitsumfelds Mithilfe bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und Abläufe Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Treuhand\- oder Finanzbereich (z. B. Treuhänder:in mit eidg. Fachausweis, Fachperson für Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg.
