Description du poste 

En tant que Responsable de l-Expérience Client, vous êtes le cœur rayonnant de notre restaurant. Vous accueillez nos clients avec un sourire, leur présentez nos dernières offres et les aidez à passer commande. Avec votre énergie positive, vous motivez l-équipe et veillez à ce que chaque client reparte heureux. Vous avez l-œil pour les petits détails et une oreille attentive aux souhaits et retours de nos clients, que vous partagez avec la direction pour améliorer chaque visite.

Principales tâches 

  • Accueil des clients et création d-une atmosphère joyeuse
  • Présentation des nouvelles offres et aide à la prise de commandes
  • Transmission des retours clients à l-équipe et à la direction
  • Soutien de l-équipe avec enthousiasme et esprit d-équipe
  • Assurer une expérience parfaite au restaurant pour chaque client
