Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.

Als Hauswart:in betreust du in einem kleinen Team mehrere Gebäude unserer Kunden und deren Nutzer. Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson vor Ort und sorgst aktiv dafür, dass Gebäude, Anlagen und Infrastruktur zuverlässig und reibungslos funktionieren. Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Ausführung kleinerer Reparatur\-, Unterhalts\- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Kleine Gartenarbeiten, Umgebungspflege sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemässen Entsorgung und Arealbewirtschaftung
  • Unterstützung bei Umzügen, Mobiliarverschiebungen, Bestuhlungen und Projekten
  • Durchführung von technischen Rundgängen sowie Erkennung, Behebung oder Koordination von Störungen und Mängeln
  • Betreuung und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern und Handwerkern
  • Ansprechperson für Kunden und Nutzer vor Ort
  • Stellvertretung von Teammitgliedern

Du bezeichnest dich als Dienstleister:in aus Überzeugung. Ein positives Feedback zu deinen Leistungen motiviert dich und spornt dich zu weiteren Topleistungen an. Zudem bringst du folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

  • Handwerkliche Grundausbildung, Fachman:frau Betriebsunterhalt von Vorteil
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Facility Management von Vorteil
  • Solide Grundkenntnisse der verschiedenen Bereiche der Haustechnik
  • Gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Kat. B (zwingend)
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
