Head of Accounting \& Finance Projects (100%)

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle verantwortest du die Funktion Finance Projects sowie die Bereiche Purchase\-to\-Pay (P2P) und das Accounting unserer „Vertical“\-Geschäftsmodelle. Gleichzeitig treibst du die Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen, Accounting\-Systemen, Governance und IKS voran und vertrittst die Interessen von Finance in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Initiativen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Finance Projects:

  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Finance\- \& Accounting\-Projekten
  • Mitarbeit bei Integrations\- und Systemprojekten
  • Definition von Anforderungen sowie Koordination von Tests, Dokumentation \& Implementierung
  • Identifikation von Automatisierungs\- und Digitalisierungspotenzial
  • Weiterentwicklung von Finance\-Prozessen, Kontrollen, Datenqualität \& IKS
  • Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und vereinbarten Projektzielen

Accounting:

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines Accountants
  • Purchase\-to\-Pay: Verantwortung Kreditoren und Rückstellungen, inkl. Überwachung und Optimierung des Purchase\-to\-Pay\-Prozesses, User Management und Schulung sowie Prüfung der internen Richtlinien
  • Anlagebuchhaltung: Verantwortung für die Anlagebuchhaltung, Sicherstellung der korrekten bilanziellen Abbildung und Dokumentation des Anlagevermögens
  • Accounting der «Vertical»\-Geschäftsmodelle (z. B. Starzone). Sicherstellung der korrekten Verbuchung und Abstimmung aller Verträge und Geschäftsvorfälle nach OR, IFRS und Swiss GAAP FER
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Accounting\-Verantwortungsbereich, der Systeme und Kontrollen

Sonstige Aufgaben:

  • Stellvertretung des CFO sowie des Director Accounting innerhalb definierter Aufgabenbereiche
  • Ambassador innerhalb der Finance\-Abteilung für neue Prozesse und Systeme seitens der Shareholder
  • Übernahme von Projektleitungs\- oder Teilprojektleitungsaufgaben in Finance\- und Business\-Transformation\-Initiativen

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Accounting, Finance oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, sowie Erfahrung in Finance Projects und Prozessoptimierung
  • Kenntnisse in Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und ERP\-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Schweizer Obligationenrecht (OR), IFRS und Swiss GAAP FER
  • Sehr gute Excel\- und ERP\-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisch denkende, analytische und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und motiviert, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten und voranzutreiben
