Head of Food \& Beverage, Events and Procurement 80\-100% (m/w/d)

Du bewegst dich gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Gastronomie, Events und Organisation und übernimmst dabei die strategische Gesamtverantwortung bei blue Cinema. In dieser vielseitigen Führungsrolle steuerst und entwickelst du die Geschäftsfelder Food \& Beverage, Events und Procurement ganzheitlich weiter und schaffst ein konsistentes Gesamterlebnis für unsere Gäste. Mit Deinem Gespür für Qualität, Trends und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge verbindest du gastronomische Excellence, emotionale Eventerlebnisse und wirkungsvolle Verkaufsimpulse. Dabei führst du dein Team, steuerst interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen und trägst massgeblich zu Umsatz, Markenstärkung und nachhaltigem Erfolg bei.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Steuerung der Bereiche Food \& Beverage, Procurement und Events für blue Cinema
  • Führung des Bereichs inkl. Budgetverantwortung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Verantwortlichen
  • Weiterentwicklung des F\&B\-Angebots, der Sortimente und Preisstrukturen mit Fokus auf Umsatz, Qualität und Gästeerlebnis
  • Verantwortung für Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement sowie Abschluss und Steuerung von Dienstleistungs\- und Wartungsverträgen
  • Konzeption, Vermarktung und Weiterentwicklung von B2B\- und B2C\-Events sowie Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungs\- und Schulungsmassnahmen

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Hotelfachschule mit Weiterbildung in Gastronomie / Food \& Beverage (inkl. Wirtepatent G1\) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gastronomiebereich, idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Back Office
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Prozessen und Zusammenhängen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten CH\-Gesetze und Hygienevorschriften im Gastro\- und Kinoumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Sozialkompetenz kombiniert mit Verhandlungsstärke sowie dienstleistungsorientierter Haltung
  • Unternehmerische, innovative Denkweise mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise, hoher Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Zusammenarbeit aktiv zu fördern und unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen erfolgreich zu verbinden
